At the end of the day, if you’re confident in your OC, you shouldn’t need to react like this. But don’t expect people not to speak up when they notice these similarities. This isn’t about drama it’s about design integrity. 🖤🖤

These patterns are what lead people to question originality, and it’s fair game to point that out.

Also, let’s be real you had a character named Sylas shortly before Void started resembling Sylas. That kind of timeline doesn’t go unnoticed, and neither does the toothpaste-themed design.

it’s a sign that the designs are close. You don’t have to change anything, but public perception will always be a factor. You can’t control that, and dismissing it as some kind of witch hunt isn’t the solution.

Third, it’s not about popularity or art quantity. It’s about how a character is perceived. If people consistently associate your OC with another character, that’s not people being unfair

and simply suggested altering a few elements to help your OC stand out more as your creation. Thats not an attack. That’s a normal part of any creative space where originality matters and where overlaps can raise questions.
