Yes I read the specs and stay in the ballpark. But ultimately my goal is to give the characters what I feel they deserve - what I think is more fun or interesting.

Watched a Top Ten #NES Games and decided to share my own!
#10: Kung Fu
This game just always existed in my house as long as I can remember. It was pretty simple! You move left or right, punch and kick as endless waves of baddies run up and grab you. I never made it past Stage 2 as a kid. 😂
NES Capcom games don’t crack!
The copy abilities were awesome, and I didn’t even know this was the game that introduced them. It felt like a huge adventure. And thanks to its accessibility, it’s the first game I ever beat 100%. That alone, combined with the sheer joy of my mom gifting me something new, makes it my eternal #1.
#1: Kirby’s Adventure.
As a kid, I only had a small collection of NES games for years. So I lost my mind when my mom randomly surprised me with Kirby‘s Adventure when I was 7. The first time I was ever gifted a NEW game. The graphics were stunning, because it was a late NES release. (Continued)
