I cannulate the cs with a medium curl Vizio and inject dye. Then I wire the branch with a 2-4 mm balloon loaded with an 0.014 guide wire. I inflate and make sure there is no reflux and inject 5-7 cc with for a 5 min dwell time.
For those that do VOM, ethanol ablation, what are your workflows and tips/tricks.
