As a nitpicky lawyer, I'm curious how it takes away 4th Amendment rights or allows police to round anyone up? It requires ICE to place detainers on undocumented in jail for theft, something they already do much of the time anyway. I'm against it. But, I'm not for just making shit up.

Excellent article capturing the nuance and the immaturity of the state of the science. Muscle mass seems important and a 5% decrease after treatment doesn't seem to bridge the difference between male vs. female. So, do the cardio disadvantages make up for that advantage? Prob depends on the sport.
I've seen a bunch of articles like this where the author seems to emphasize no advantage and then either details or links to studies that reveal significant advantages. There are also significant disadvantages, so the evaluation must be done sport by sport and maybe person by person.
