I think thereβs a solid 70% chance you could convince Ben Affleck to do 1 year of hrt to method act prepare for a Chasing Amy Sequel
i'd recognise her puffy sleeved ass anywhere
was talking about action command rpgs with people, my ranking:
3rd image shes blatantly not in prison
Blue diamond, looking a little rough, turning to look at the viewer halfway through eating a burger. Blue Pearl sits on her head eating a giant pickle slice. Why do I always draw BD eating?
#StevenUniverse #BlueDiamond #BluePearl
yeah i agree, i think my design is probably what a real Official Cartoon Network Secret Lair would look like but that sort of hyper-deference to the source material doesn't scale up to a full set well
yeah your idea of a seer's vision but its the top card of their library instead of their hands is a cool way of doing that, just hard to make effects like this
oh yeah that is really clean, i guess i was assuming champion and offering only ever work with one creature because thats all they've ever printed but theres no reason it wouldnt with two
this back half is what i imagine as "Gem Text", but it would really only work in a small set if it needs to be on every gem. fusion is also basically impossible to adapt in mtg form.
What about something like agonizing memories? she looks at a hand at the start of your turn and puts a card back on top of your library, and then can pay to mill it with her activated ability? it would probably need to also draw your opponent cards when you look to not be oppressive
If it was an Official Steven Universe Set you have a lot of human characters you would want the gems to contrast but in a gem-only set i can see the mechanical argument for making them not artifacts so the robonoids and spaceships and stuff are distinct
I can see it a ton of ways, they could be colored artifact creatures, or the first ever non-artifacts with the construct or robot creature types, or maybe they're nonartifact creatures that flip into noncreature artifact gems when they die and then reform so you have to shatter the gem?
yeah either way my main point is that trans women are absent from her work which is not uncommon among queer media but makes this very pointed denial kinda sting
if you did "Fateseal 2 X times, where X is the number of players." it might be a bit more dynamic? that way you could choose to look at the top 8 cards of just one players library and politic with it, or do yourself a ton of times to dig for something. it would take a while to resolve though.
i'm not an owl house expert but raine, masha, the collector and the titan are nonbinary right? the collector and the titan use he/they but both declare themselves genderless in the show but i guess they're not human so you can choose not to count them but then neither is raine
also her dad calling her "franklin" is fucking sherlock level queerbaiting if shes cis that it DOES NOT MAKE SENSE AS A NICKNAME dude its like if your name was michelle and i called you michaelangelo
also this is just opinion based but shouldn't gems be artifact creatures?
I'm not a judge or anything but I don't think an ability is allowed to let you look at cards from each opponent's library simultaneously, for game rules and player complexity reasons. It might have to reveal them like consuming aberration or do them in order like "Fateseal 1 for each opponent"
i don't think theres anything wrong with exclusively representing nonbinary women and trans men in your work but i think if you asked rebecca sugar about seeing a character as a trans woman they would have the self awareness to not tell you to fuck off
im not saying it means anything but it's so funny her last show has like 4 nonbinary people and a trans man but the second someone suggests something she made might be a tgirl shes like FUCK NO OF COURSE NOT
marchen line spoilers / body horror crab freak
dont say im too big to love you π₯Ί
these hunts are hard as shit dude i just want to grind and oneshot them why are they making me do mechanics
larsa is so cute!!!
laughing my ass off at the cutscene where the viera are like "guys we gotta do something or in 20 years final fantasy tactics is going to happen"
the circle collar halo thing on the dragons is so soulful and auraful
this and tactics have a starkly different moral perspective than almost any other big jrpg about war its very refreshing
itinerary
- get captured
- give the bad guys a crystal
- escape
- go find another crystal
they get captured by the empire like once per hour its so funny in terms of the star wars comparison they do empire strikes back like 8 times
