Ah, if you're still actually based in Glasgow then I guess there is the possibility of a very long day trip to Birmingham and back to grab them on the short hops out of Moor Street?

Or do a circular? Sleeper to London, Chiltern Mk 5 to Birmingham, then a Birmingham - Glasgow day train run?

If you're at the London end, the 11.02 off MYB is the shortest run available - it stops at HWY.
