This applies to articles, too. There are so many tech articles that are reporting on security vulnerabilities, but I instantly loose faith in their credibility when I see an AI generated header image that adds nothing to the article itself. It also makes me assume the article is wrong.

So this detail is really subtle, but it dust really adds so much. This is an extreme comparison with it turned off, and then on. I normally wouldn't share a detail this tiny but I also know it's one of those things that you don't notice when it's done right and I just think it's so flippin nifty
I genuinely love working on background details that like 4 people will notice, it's truly one of my favorite things to do :)
