Having recently migrated 2 nonprofits to Microsoft 365, I'm feeling rather let down by Microsoft's rug-pull. Their nonprofit website still says, at the very moment, that Microsoft is granting up to 10 free licenses to Business Premium. But the four emails I received says it is being discontinued.
Speaking of Nextcloud, turns out, updating from 27.something to 28.something and finally 29.something fixed my issue with files not showing in all files in the Android client. Double w00t!
