Yoga, sound bath and wellness circle on the top of Werneth Low Country Park was bliss this evening. Welcoming in the new moon and finding my grounded place amongst the wind, trees and sky. Best bit? The vibrations of a sound bowl beaten, resting on my stomach while resting in savasana.
It felt fab to reach the top! A reminder to myself that better days are to come when I’m feeling crappy. #YouCanDoHardThings
Adventure: I ventured from Malham, along the river there and up the cove, then back to the pub despite having a double ear infection last week…

Getting out in the sun today for a 6km local walk looping Debdale Park and including the Fallowfield loop. Took a flask of tea and some biscuits wrapped in tin foil. Better than the previously planned drive and £10 car park charge at a NT property, and didn’t have to buy a coffee in a take-out cup.

🐴 Such a lovely place to spend half a day and just explore, look around, notice and bring home some things too. #ReddishVale
🌳 Took the little one out with me who found a small nook in a tree. We listened to the birds and used the Merlin app to identify what we could. Picked wild garlic for pesto and looked at the reflections.
🌞 Made some much needed time to connect with nature, forage, explore and listen at our local country park- Reddish Vale. Found Lamium galeobdolon (a type of mint). Jelly ear mushrooms, wild garlic and more. #foraging #photgraphy #foragelife #jellyears
