The idea that opposing and rolling back trans rights is good for cis women and girls is ludicrous on every level and absolutely enraging when applied in legislation and policy that obviously limits and rolls backs rights for ALL women and girls

worth remembering, David Lynch directed “fix your hearts or die” specifically at transphobes. it wasn’t a generic “no mean people allowed” statement, it was said by his Twin Peaks character in defense of a trans woman he cared for and deeply respected.

Literally every single day this budget becomes worse and worse and it is so exhausting, infuriating and nonsensical. I don’t even know how to handle it anymore. This province is being dismantled a man who doesn’t care about almost anyone in it.

David W Hillier I don't like posting about politics but I had an interesting conversation last night with Tim Houston. He was at the Lismore Wintertime Review in Pictou County where I met him many times at local events. He came up to me with his wife and no security at my audio engineering table and we had a great chat. I told him about our local Music Nova Scotia funding being cut and the broader issues in all of the Arts and Culture. He was aware of the issues but totally pissed off about the retaliation being people screaming FU and FB garbage comments. I suggested starting from scratch but he didn't think that would work and suggested most folks should forget about the Government handouts and get out there finding new ways to make money! What do you think?

This coming from a Premier who overspends our tax dollars, then makes us pay for his mistakes, and then even tried to pass legislature to hide his mistakes from the public.
