When I was a baby, I refused to breastfeed. My parents took me to the dr, who said to put me on formula at just 3 months. Before that, I was losing weight (super scary for an infant!).

Formula saved my life. The only difference was that I didn't get my mom's antibodies so I got sick more often.

It's never too late to stop using AI. 💖 I am genuinely saying this with compassion. I know it's hard out here. Your own hard work will take you further than the work of a chat bot or whatever gen AI tool. You can bounce back. I promise.

This advice is so great. I've studied languages throughout my life and discovered that I always retained skills best when I would find ways to play in another language. Play is a way to make the unfamiliar more familiar, to experiment and then accept success or failure without stress.
