Just like migratory birds return after the winter, I, too have returned. To T2 because they have free tea samples again now and I’m gonna drink them.
I was about to go to bed but Nashi was hunting something. She somehow managed to turn the lamp off and while in complete darkness the thing she was hunting decided my leg was the best place to be. That was terrifying 🥲
Luckily it was a tiny gecko that is safe and sound in a takeaway container

I have started leash training Nashi as she cries at the door while Nori is outside in the garden.
So far she has:
- Tried to eat a bee
- Run at another cat while puffed up
- Completely justified my decision to put her on a leash
They actually brought it up before me which was nice 😂

It was 46 degrees Celsius and my laptop melted??? I think?? I didn’t even have it running 😭
I took it to get fixed and was quoted $1200 but then found out my warranty expires NEXT MONTH SO IT WAS FREE 🎉
She and Nori are starting to get along which is very cute to see
We have 3 right now, Nori, Hokkaido and Nashi who is the foster kitten. Hokkaido is a bit timid so I don’t bother her with photos too much
Yeah, you’re very right! It’s so hard when they’re sick and there’s nothing you can do. We miss her a lot but the other cats are finally acting a bit more like themselves again which is good to see.

It was a hard goodbye
On the weekend we lost Nara to cancer. Everyone in the house will miss her so much. It took a long time to gain that little cat’s trust and bring her inside but I’m glad we could give her a nice home for the last part of her life.
I’m trying to cancel my gas because I moved and I called the wrong number and got a different company 😭
He still helped me though 😂

I think that happened when we started reversing and it stopped so the truck could beep, then blasted Coles radio the moment we stopped reversing like some sick jump scare
