My Portland friends are heavy into kickball, but it seems super competitive, and they're always mad at each other—where's the fun in that?

I wish more folks on here would focus their ire at the people with real power and influence rather than policing each other. "If you like X, I lose interest in you." Ok, fine. Don't like what you don't like. But a community built on exclusion is a sad and brittle one.

Today her vet loaded her up with some medications that we hope will give her a better quality of life for at least a few more months, but it’s not guaranteed. My beautiful old lady is hurting and it’s breaking my heart. She doesn’t seem ready to go, so we’re giving her the best chance we can 💔
