Niv moves over to their desk, moving their chair so they can sit down, looking tired. Két remains in the kitchen, leaving the scene.

Niv sits at their desk, pen in hand, while the room behind them is rendered much more simplistically than before.

The same as the previous panel; however, Niv now looks upset as the only thing that's in their thoughts is a mess of static.

Két is saying, "So as far as the next chapter of IS goes, you need ideas on how to split the party, right?" Niv thinks back, "Yeah, right now I'm thinking a rockslide or something similar, but..." Két finishes the thought with, "But it'd be a snowy day in the desert before that would stop Vela, right."

Niv and Két have moved to a car, and Niv is driving. Unlike Két, who is still imaginary and thus doesn't bother with seatbelts, Niv is displaying seatbelt safety. They also seem to be checking their rearview mirror. Két is saying, "-and if we can't engineer a situation that results in them talking to each other, we can just have one of 'em ask." Niv thinks back, "Imagine communicating properly in any kind of fiction." Két points out, "You realize you hating the trope of no one talking to each other is just more reason to do it that way, right?"

We have moved to Niv's kitchen, where Niv is greeting Stella by leaning down and ruffling her ears. Két sits in the air behind them, in a casual slouch. Niv is thinking, "Now that we've gotten that figured out, what do we have to work out next?" Két suggests, "Making an actual roadmap?" to which Niv thinks back, "Have you considered, no? Well, whatever. I'll think of something."
