this guy boots perfectly fine on bare metal but doesnt want to boot through Hyper-V with disk passthrough its so odd. when i boot into the NixOS installer that /dev/disk/by-partlabel/ entry exists just fine so i really dont know whats up. it kinda sucks that i cant drop to a recovery shell here
