Still here! On a slight posting hiatus atm, but still reading and replying!

Imo the strongest will be those who recognize the need for a blend between having technical know-how and product savviness.

Knowing the right tech to use and why, but not getting down in the weeds with which libraries or patterns to follow.

They know building a good product is more important.

Fair! For me, it's just a bad habit for me to get into. I definitely tend towards the lazy, so I'm trying to keep myself diligent 😅

I'm feeling this a bit right now.

I've been working on a lot of background stuff, not things that I can really talk about or show, and I've been unsure how to bridge that gap, at least in terms of how I promote it to other people.

Probably more of the same I would guess!

Do you think analytics are overused altogether, or does it have some instances you can see being useful?

I've got a whole feature planned for dashboards and analytics for artists, but I think in this case it's warranted.

Well it took most of the day but I migrated all my stuff to OpenProject.

I already like it much better than what I was able to get by with in GitHub.

Now to really put it to work and plan this project!

I ended up doing it manually! The work item structure was different enough that it was just easier, plus OpenProject makes it easy enough to input things quickly and make changes in bulk, so it's going pretty quickly, and I think I'll be glad to have the better project management tools.

I have the opportunity now to migrate my project stuff out of GitHub to @openproject.bsky.social.

There doesn't seem to be a built-in way to do this however.

Any advice? Otherwise I'll be messing around with Python scripts today.

It's true, it's really harsh there.

Wasn't able to get the Year 0 doc finalized over the weekend like I wanted.

It was my youngest's birthday party Saturday, and her cuz came over for a sleepover. It was chaotic. 😂
