Ha… well I’m only 37… my trainer is really good, I just spent all day standing yesterday
Apparently I stood wrong yesterday and now my hips are filing HR complaints. So instead of leg day, I’m over here biking like a retired Tour de France hopeful. Is this what getting old feels like? Because wow… the warranty on this body is expiring fast.

Me all weekend…
It’s 100 pages a day, more on weekends. It’s really not that much. And hour or two of reading a day. I was able to appreciate, understand, and follow each of the books I read. There were some books I didn’t connect with on the same level as others which did make reading them harder.
