It’s been over a year for me since I stopped completely and I don’t really miss it. With my Crohn’s it just made me feel terrible. I kinda miss the social aspect but knowing how I will feel takes that away. How did a few drinks affect my songwriting? Probably some but also I played worse.
Every second is all killer no filler. :)

Thanks - I will check it out!! One thing I found in my regular sourdough journey is that using weight when feeding the starter gave a much more robust starter. Equal part in weight (50g + 50g for instance) not volume (1/4 cup + 1/4 cup). Water weighs more than flour and that can make goopy starter
I might need to ask some questions about your recipe. Lots of gluten intolerance in my family (excluding me).
We learned during the first Trump administration that if you don't report the cases, there are no cases.
We enjoyed this one a lot! It was an extremely fun film. :)
