Exactly this and pretty common, they see there own failure to be able to replicate what they did again as a time to leave and let someone else attempt to follow in the footsteps when in reality they have been handed a lemon

I love the fact klopp actually successfully rebuilt the team for a second time unlike many other managers who simply work with one great squad yet fail to rebuild so simply leave that job to move to the next, not many do what Klopp did
