But let’s be clear - someone always bears the cost.
And too often, it’s the worker.

When you underpay contractors, overload your team, or hire without proper protections, it’s not “lean” - it’s exploitative.

As socially conscious

Nothing will erode a company’s culture and employee morale faster than when an owner sells the company but sticks around just long enough to slash costs, burn out staff, and pocket a fat bonus. All of which is completely out of their control because they ‘no longer call the shots’ 🙄
