We were lucky. My mom is 82 going on 62! She made this decision herself to save my sister & I having to make this decision when she couldn’t. How amazing is that? She’s loving it. Has joined all the clubs etc and it’s lovely knowing she’s safe for the rest of her years 🩶

Ahh mate. That’s a lot. You must be shattered. Can’t tell you how brilliant it’s been for my mom, she’s thriving. Loves it. No more diy, gardening stress, someone keeping an eye on her at all times. The actual move was tough but 3 months on, it’s been a big success. Always an ear here as you know x

I know. I was a few months b4 that. I’ll hold my hands up, I was a mutual too. It’s easy to miss stuff here, we have busy lives. It’s all v sad & uncomfortable. I wish a line could be drawn so we can log on without the anxiety of “is anyone upset today when there’s no need” … imagine that! 🫤
