Whoβs the big flashy name coach the Wolves go after this offseason?
Kerr? Malone?
Sam Cassell would be my pick.

Heβs escaped 5 or 6 hot seats this season. If they were going to do it, it would have happened in December, or surely after the 5 game skid losing to Utah and Golden State. Theyβre gonna ride it out.
No way they fire him this close to the postseason, unfortunately.
Not a promising Wolves development.
One can certainly hope.
When the Wolves and their sycophants were beating their chest after whooping a bunch of teams missing key players, I kinda figured they were about to get humbled.
maybe Ant should avoid scoring 30+ pts π€·ββοΈ
Wolves giving up 74 pts at the half to a Clippers team doesnβt seem particularly good. Even if they fought back some.
Like you, Iβm not on Twitter/X, but I know the basketball chatter and analysis there is diseased. To that point, basketball media of any reputation shouldnβt be on that Nazi website either. His excuses why he is are as hacktastic as the softball feel good stories he writes.
Oh boyβ¦
A reminder that Jon K is the PR arm for both the organization and its star players. He isnβt paid to have an original thought. This is something one of those camps is trying to sprinkle into the ether.
Itβs fine when Donte does it because heβs a NBA caliber player.
I think Finch would say something whack like βI liked his bounce. Good fight out there.β
Assume youβre referring to Ant? I guess Iβm glad he didnβt just go to the club at half-time. He was clearly there all night.
They are the funniest duo when it comes to blowing franchise altering opportunity when it falls firmly in their laps.
Not sure I can get behind a team that features Bones Hyland talking insane amounts of shit down 20. That dude is a certified goofball.
Pathetic effort from Ant and the Wolves. Yet somehow totally expected.
Slo might break Bamβs record at this pace.
The Lakers are a bad basketball team.
I do think OKC is still pretty vulnerable in the playoffs. The reasons why?
Dub has barely played all season and didnβt have much rhythm when he did.
Chetβs offensive leap never happened.
The reason for Lu Dort getting playing time is more and more spurious by the day.
Hartβs calf etc.
I had to look that name up. Ha! Game recognizes game.
The narrative around OKC changed during the string of Spurs losses and Finchβs premeditated media baiting baby tantrum.
But the real story this season, is how theyβve sustained the 2nd most injuries in the league, and still have the leagueβs best record.
A resilient bunch + the MVP.
Yup! Twice in one week!
7th game this season KAT has fouled out.
Denver only had 7 TOβs in the game. Pretty damn good with the ball right?
OKC had only 3 TOβs.
Just elite, elite basketball by both teams.
Some SGA fun facts:
- On pace to be the first player since Michael Jordan in 1993 to have 4 straight 30 PPG seasons
- On pace to have the 2nd-highest TS% in a 30 PPG season all-time, behind Steph Curry.
- On pace to lead the NBA in 30-point games for the fourth straight season.
AG looked great. Heβs the key.
3 gamesβ¦in a row.
The biggest stat on SGAβs BIG night?
15 assists.
0 turnovers.
The only reason the MVP race isnβt a wrap is because Zach Lowe wants people to listen to his podcast. Itβs over. Itβs been over for a long time.
Shai is clearly the front runner for a second MVP after winning Finals MVP last year but people still default to Jokic as being best in the world and Iβm not sure why, really.
Jokic is awesome. Still has the highest highs of any guy in the league. But Shai has been best in the world for 1.5 years
