Foreign governments do not pay these "entry fees." Tariffs are paid directly to CBP while goods are still at sea and after they have left the country of origin.
He is irretrievably stupid and possibly insane.

Police who kill citizens are immune from consequences. Ofc Matthew Grindstaff killed my son, Jacob, May 1, 2021. He could have shot him in the leg to immobilize him. Instead, after deploying a dog to attack him, he put a high powered bullet from an assault rifle through his chest, ending his life.
