Having a zero tolerance policy for Nazis is really not that hard. Just don't tolerate any Nazis.
I usually argue against zero tolerance policies, but with Nazis, I make an exception. There is simply no excuse to have been a Nazi. Live your life but you don't deserve any position that has power.
