So I effectively see each post twice: once as the main message, and again as the reply to the previous message in the thread. More confusing is the posts are ordered with the newest main post at the top, but the reply is always under the main post. 😵‍💫

Trying out @skeetsapp.com as an alt to the first-party app. I like most of it, buts its handling of reply threads is terrible. Instead of all messages [n1, n2…, n] threaded together, I get mini threads: n1->n2; then n2->n3; on and on. 🤦

LLMs do not meaningfully "refactor" at anything other than a junior engineering level. They can basically do some window dressing and move code around between files. True refactoring means creating new abstractions, which LLMs can't do because they can't form world-models.

A meaningful feedback loop requires you to know:
- what question you have
- how the artifact & the meeting structure will facilitate answering that question
- how you will use the answer

Trying and failing to get @zed.dev to use AWS Bedrock authentication for its Claude integration. Keeps telling me I have to login. I have a custom executable script configured which should be setting the right variables, but Zed doesn’t seem to actually use it, AFAICT.
