Hot take, but I actually think this is good? I just ran a marathon two weeks ago in hotter-than-expected conditions and it got a little scary; I watched a few people around me go down from the heat/need a medic.

Yeah, I definitely think that's part of it. I also think there's a sheer volume of code that an agent is capable of writing, that depending on the day & my own mental state, I'm not able to review critically enough to keep up, especially if I feel the agent isn't solving the problem the right way.
Claude Code makes my job so much more fun and productive some days, and leaves me feeling incredibly wrung out and exhausted on other days, and I don't think I have the language yet to describe why that is
