The sheer volume and amplitude of the lies is astounding. As I said to a common friend who provided a list of verifiable facts and asked us to share them - MAGA cares more about “owning the Libs” than they do about truth or facts.

Donated blood this morning. As I was sitting on the table at a site owned by a man who hosted Trump fundraisers (but interestingly not during the most recent campaign cycle) I was comforted by the act of helping others. Tikun Olam is real. It took some of the edge off recent anxiety.

The country could easily have four (or more) viable parties - MAGA, Conservative, Progressive and super-libs (Squad?).

I feel like the Democrats are running the Rope-a-dope. Waiting for Trump to run out of vengeance and petty grievances and then they will attempt a return.

Unfortunately, by then it will be too late.

Their lack of response is part of why I left the Democratic Party a quarter century ago.
