Lyla wanted to follow right after Koana's group, but the others stopped her because even though Lyla caught the rocks, leaping across the chasm between cliffs was not the safest idea

Lyla'd be out with various NPCs for all of them, but she'd be most prominent (and with text box dialogue) during All Saints' Wake, the Starlight Celebration, Little Ladies' Day, and the Moonfire Faire. She'd be hardest to find during the Rising and she'd be stopping some chaos during Hatching-tide

Lyla's quiet, guarded, and a bit of standoffish, but she's friendly and kind once you meet and get along with her. Her clients find her delightful.

One of Lyla's is trying to take the most direct route to something even though she's traveling with others who might not be able to follow her (and that saying she'll just catch up with them later doesn't put minds at ease when she's about to disappear into the wilderness)

In the Peristyle area of Scholar's Harbor in Sharlayan, Lyla tilts her head and looks puzzled at Y'nazqha, who is off-screen. The sky is grey and overcast, and Osmon is behind the counter past Lyla.

Lyla being unfamiliar with the story surprised Y'nazqha to hear, since some first things she and her father learned of Lyla were that she has a bookhoard that spans several residences and she broke Noumenon's security out of boredom

She can't name a material treasure or something practically attainable, and she thinks that even if she did, there'd always be something else that she'd want more (if that matters—she's never read, seen, heard, etc The Merchants Tale)

Lyla doesn't enjoy going to the dentist but she's generally alright if she takes something to ease discomfort before an appointment

Not much has changed about Lyla's appearance, but she's grown her hair out again

(Lyla tends to cut her hair short at pivotal moments in her life and/or to signify a fresh start, and to her right now, keeping it long shows that she feels inner stability, happy with herself, life's going well, etc)

Lyla goes for woodsy and floral, and hers tend to have some amber underneath. Like a lush forest after a rainstorm

Serena's all citrus and floral, and she loves sweet scents. Imagine sitting on a tropical beach, surrounded by fresh fruit as the sun shines down and the sea breeze warms your heart

Lyla and Zhai'a walk through a stone corridor of Amdapor Keep with Lyla's owlet Aks. Lyla's in front of Aks and Zhai'a is behind both as they head for a set of stairs. Small braziers line the wall to their right, and the wall to their left opens into a yard. Lyla is wearing a Serpent Elite robe and carries a Hallowed Chestnut wand on her back. Zhai'a is wearing a Serpent Lieutenant coat and carries his staff Alkalupros on his back.

Celestine is about the closest Lyla'll get to having a kid. She's also debated how much she wants to investigate Celestine's past. They have many unanswered questions, but at the same time, Lyla and Zhai'a think they should just focus on the present, especially since Celestine doesn't bring up much

Lyla and Zhai'a think their caretaking styles are close enough, but both would say Zhai'a is more hands-on and attentive. He'll move his work to the same room as Celestine so he can keep an eye on her, but Lyla just leaves a door cracked so she'll hear if it gets too quiet

Celestine's not Lyla's first talking animal companion, but unlike Lyla's owlet Aks, auspices, etc, she isn't an Allagan lab experiment or an older mystical being

She's still a kitten. She's usually well-behaved but she's rambunctious and some who've only heard or heard of her think she's a human

Lyla and Zhai'a co-pet parent Celestine, a cat Lyla adopted in Tuliyollal. Zhai'a named her

What sets Celstine apart from other pets is that she talks (as a result of unintended consequences of Quickening magicks cast on her birth mother), and she refers to both Lyla and Zhai'a as her parents

Lyla won't bring hers up unless it's part of the conversation, but that's not due to shyness or anything. She's open and straightforward about her sex life. There's no shame or embellishment. It's just not very interesting to her and she forgets about sex as an activity til someone mentions it

Lyla likes the crust, but she specifically makes sandwiches that she likes the crust with. If she doesn't like the crust for whatever reason, she'll cut it off or just not eat it. It depends on the bread and the sandwich

Lyla did absolutely nothing to help immediately after or during the 5 years, which is unfortunate because she's a great Hearer and the Shroud could've used her...

But the reason she didn't help is because she wasn't there at all. She's one of the warriors of light sent into a time rift by Louisoix.
