Si debes escoger a un líder para dirigir una actividad, elige a uno que sepa hacer el trabajo de sus subordinados. Si optas por uno que sólo sepa mandar, será un desastre. El que sabe hacer el trabajo, sabe también cómo dirigir a quien lo hace. En realidad, mandar es la parte más fácil.
