Support for ARM64 Windows (#24603) · Issues · Glasgow Haskell Compiler / GHC · GitLab Summary I was wondering whether it would be possible to build an ARM64 Windows GHC. One thing I'm not immediately understanding...

It's unfortunately highly experimental right now (See gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/is... for a binary of GHC 9.12.1), because we need more people who use and can program for this platform :(

Think I may get to actually be a compiler engineer for a bit here. Discovered that GHC has some pretty ripe opportunities for codegen improvements for AArch64

Functional programming is a sub-family in the larger Declarative Programming genre. It's just that some languages have evolved from Declarative without taking the Functional road, like Logic languages (Prolog/Datalog) and Query Languages (SQL).

Documentation The Haskell purely functional programming language home page.

Lambda calculus, much like drawing, only needs a pencil and some paper. No need to plan for the Moon, just write and draw to get used to it. :)

And then you can pick a book www.haskell.org/documentation/
