I have a macro lense for my phone too but can’t find it since we recently moved and I can’t find which box I packed it in-oops lol! I do want to try taking pics of my arachnids with it once I find it though especially the smaller true spiders I can’t see as many details on since they are so small!

Haha agreed, humans are a lot and just not fun most of the time! Cats & arachnids seem similar to me too! The way they wait then pounce on/takedown their prey plus they are both fuzzy & cute, especially when super curled up & cozy (thinking of my scorpions when they sleep w/ their tails too)!

Wow she’s so pretty! I love the plant in there with her too, wish I could keep plants alive better! I’m great with pets/animals but plants always seem to die which then I feel guilty! Just moved to a cottage with a yard from an apartment in a city though so hoping to have better luck now!

Haha fair! Have a cat now & lots of arachnid&bug pets right now but I’ve always been into animals (they are so much easier to interact w/imo than humans lol) & had tiny zoos of other kinds but just got into the arachnid/insect pet hobby during COVID. Your Emilia is so adorbs, hope she’s a she too!

Yes, I do have them! Been keeping for 5 yearsish now& currently have 18 tarantulas (each a different species so too long to list lol), 4 true spiders (3 black widows and a wolf spider all caught in home!) also an emperor scorpion and an Asian forest scorpion! They all have names & I love them all!
