You mean the forbidden files thing? I've had it happen mostly to prop mods surprisingly. But part of me wants to just wait until the devs come up with an easier solution.
Racism between PoC is absolutely a thing and should be discussed more in fandom spaces as a whole, but it should never be a discussion lead/spearheaded by a white person.
I have seen white people get a little bit too overzealous in their mission to be good allies and it ends up being very harmful.
Don't forget, sometimes you get The Soapbox that speaks out on racism, orientalism, etc, but in their mission to be an ally they actively speak over and smother marginalized voices. Many such cases as well.
