Anywho, I want to kinda do an experiment to see what happens when I temporarily cut prcessed foods out and then occasionally introduce them back in
But also the proof is in the blood - some foods are straight up Not Good for me
I thought having things like a cookie or crackers would immediately wreck me (and sometimes they do)
But walking immediately after meals has drastically reduced the harm of which is good to know (if i couldn't have the occasional indulgence, i would be miserable)
