I'm clicking on seemingly legitimate job listings on linkedin that send me through nested redirects to like 4 different job sites called shit like "career monkey" and "job rapido" and eventually land on a homepage that has nothing to do with the listing. i think the internet might be over
Piggy held like a baby by me, Tom. Piggy is a goblin like American staffy puppy with brown fur and a white spot on her nose, a huge underbite with visible lower teeth and huge outstretched ears. She is wearing a small pink harness
Piggy on a small bed chewing a pigs ear
Piggy wearing a small mortarboard and looking demure after graduating from puppy school
Piggy in her crate. She looks like sheβs in jail and is expectant of getting out.
Introducing: Piggy
Weβve had Piggy since January, sheβs an American staffy puppy whoβs now six months old and sheβs the most fucked up little rescue dog you can imagine.
Part of the paperwork we got from the shelter was just a sticky note with βbrown. deformad faceβ [sic] on it
Tom Walker brought you up in a recent stream I was chatting in, so I owe you thanks for creating an opportunity for me to do a "hey I know him" aura farm
Like there are a lot of games where I saw a lets-player get stuck on a fight or puzzle, and where I went around saying that fight/puzzle was obtuse and unintuitive, only to play the game myself much later and go "oh this is obvious and that lets-player was just insane"
See I have yet to see a longplay/lets-play of a 40+ hour game where the lets-player didn't badly misunderstand something or fuck up super badly in a way that wildly diverges their experience from the median experience
As I play more RE games, I can never escape the feeling that the game is making bosses temporarily invincible for boss-fight-pacing purposes and letting me waste my ammo by not telling me
it's juuuust suspicious how massively increasing my DPS only makes boss fights go by like 10% faster

amazing digital circus voice actor reject #23 would like to show you his voiceover of a 4/10 meme from reddit
I'm avoiding the game like the plague because of the there's-really-nothing-that-can-make-up-for-it plagiarism stuff, but I like the sound of a PvPvE game that isn't disgustingly sided towards squads over solos lol
I enjoy "shooter where everything's a little too close to shoot and you're in a constant scramble to shove people away and make space"
I'm the wrong person to have an opinion on the Resident Evil series, because I'm 100% in support of the series becoming full tilt action-horror again and ditching all the good will it earned through 7 and 8
I watched probably my first sub-10min-in-length youtube video essay in a decade and I feel like I've unplugged from the matrix and realized not everything has to be 3 hours long
They're full of shit
You're so right about that Cinderella mouse my god
High movement speed does seem to resolve my biggest issue with most MOBAs, which is that you just move so fucking slooow and if you die it can be multiple entire minutes before you're fighting another player again
My core issues with MOBAs in the past have been "annoyingly long time-to-kill" and "if you die it takes potentially 2 to 3 entire minutes to respawn and roll out and reenter combat"
Then it's a shame my only friends who play multiplayer games are exclusively playing Deadlock this year it seems :(
Is it one of those things that subverts its genre enough to mostly eliminate the objectively bad elements of that genre
I know this sounds like a bait question every time, but would I like Deadlock if I think traditional MOBAs are like unplayably dogshit
I feel like we're not even halfway through the wave of way-too-late trend chasing sci-fi hero shooters, and that we'll be seeing a new one every year or so until 2035

My flimsy understanding of how business works is that the correct approach here (downsize and restructure the company to be smaller and less costly to run, since it just can't make as much money as it used to anymore) is somewhere on the axis between "career suicide" and "literally illegal to do"
I'm a committed Dark Souls invader kind of guy, so my ideal experience in BRs and extraction shooters is ruining the fun of squads
in Tarkov everyone's ALREADY out to ruin each other's fun so I'm not adding any new evil to the equation lol
Dark and Darker is good for this but also the PvE in that game is so punishing that making progress solo is nearly impossible
Just once I want a battle royale or PvPvE extraction shooter that doesn't put me at a *mechanical* disadvantage for playing solo >:T
The trouble with games like ARC Raiders or even Fortnite for me is that basically no one actually dies outside of a squad wipe
OH MY GOD @cuppydogcity.bsky.social THANK YOU SO MUCH AAAHHHHHHH
βThe character i hate the most, however, is Stewie Griffin. First of all, i don't like babies. Second of all, i don't like it when babies can talk.β
