Growing up 'thank you cards' were always sent after I received a gift. I still send them today and my very talented co-worker makes these beautiful quilled cards. I love personal connections, kindness and thoughtfulness. 🩷

The Power of Support 🩷

Thinking today about all the love and support I have received over the years from both men & women. Some people don't like it when I champion men but l've had just as much (maybe more) support from male friends over the years. Starting with my father. 🩷

I love when a book finds me and inspires me to keep Creating Kindness💙

I found this book in a charity shop. Printed 26 years ago, its message inspired me today just as much today as it did the contributors who shared their messages. ❤️

Heading into the city for a fun filled adventure with my mother in law. At nearly 80 this woman knows how to enjoy life, she has absolutely no filter, very little self awareness but a heart of gold. Old school Wild Woman without a doubt. 😊🔥❤️

I grew up surrounded by Wild Women, so it was inevitable I would become one. They were by no means perfect but they knew how to live authentically, sometimes recklessly but with a passion to love without question. Not to live on the edge but to dive deeply and fly freely. ❤️

I'm amazed when I look back at old self discovery journals and I can see now they were actually vision boards. Understanding my inner landscape and the awareness of limitless potential created opportunities for me to explore. The Heroine's Journey is not without challenges. 🥰

I talk a lot about roots & foundations. While my spirituality is often inspired by Eastern philosophies my foundations are build on the legacy of my Celtic ancestry. I am the result of previous generations in my lineage, my mother is a living reminder of my strong heritage. 🔥

I know the world is a crazy place right now but falling into fear isn't going to help anyone. Staying in alignment will, when you approach life from a place of wholeness you can offer support to others. Not from scarcity but from abundance, our light becomes a guide for others ☀️

Life has been crazy & beautiful, sometimes I feel like I'm juggling so many commitments & relationships. In the stillness of silence I remember my wholeness, my oneness with the Divine. And I know I'm aligning with my higher potential and I'm fuelled by my passion for life. 🥰
