Thanks! Even though I'm still on Godot 3, I do check your tween demos for inspiration!

It's one of those tips I got from other devs - slap a slight reverb filter on top of your SFX, and that should tie them all together into a shared acoustic space. Glad you like it!

They sure are. They make animating fun!

Smaller file size -> less traffic -> faster load times. Plus it can offer lossless quality

The only issue is some apps still don't support it 🫠

I think this came out nicely. But what’s even cooler - this massive thing exists in real life! It’s "Kalyazin Radio Astronomy Observatory", and the photos are awesome (taken from google images)

Yeah that's unfortunate, and the development seems halted. But still, I'm using it on Linux via Proton (the reason for the FPS counter in my screenshot :D ) - it works well, and it's the best tool for pixel fonts that I could find

I made my font with PixelForge. Simple and effective, somewhat similar to pentacom bitfontmaker but more feature-rich

Someone should bring back Hello Kitty Linux

I made a map of 3.4 million Bluesky users - see if you can find yourself!

I've seen some similar projects, but IMO this seems to better capture some of the fine-grained detail

I suppose crosses can be mistaken for daggers and vice versa. And used as daggers!

Fighters guild, mages guild, and the shop of that weird cat with "daedric" weapons. Damn, looking good!

Hmm. How about JSON.stringify()?

Not Godot-specific, but I appreciate when games give you the settings screen right away in the main menu, before any intros, cutscenes, etc. Games that force you to play some kind of intro/tutorial BEFORE giving you the settings are the worst offenders here

That would be awesome indeed. Playing such a game would be almost as hard as properly implementing it :D Thank you!

Thanks! Tunic and Death's Door are both great inspirations for me. Loved those games. My combat is much much simpler, though, as I focus more on puzzles, secrets, and exploration

There is also a web demo of Godot's tweens that shows different transition and easing types, similar to what you made just with more animations: popcar2.itch.io/tweens-compa...

I have cones of light with additive semi-transparent textures, shaded smooth and ordered in-front, in BB. I then rendered the model on Sketchfab and added 3-point-lighting with env shadows enabled (link: skfb.ly/pEVRn)
