Interpublic leaders interpreted the communications from X as reminders that the recently announced $13 billion deal to merge Interpublic with rival Omnicom Group OMC -0.53% could be torpedoed, or at least slowed down, by the Trump administration, given Musk's powerful role in the federal government, some of the people said. They also had a front-row seat to Musk's continued criticism of advertisers that ditched X since he bought it in 2022, when it was known as Twitter.

Jokeri pikaratikalle taas tapahtuu. Kollegat raportoivat ja lähettivät kuvan Keilaniemen toimiston ikkunasta, että ratikka törmännyt päättärin betoniesteeseen (varmistus HSL-häiriöilmoituksista).
Kuulivat tuolta asti kuskin kironneen betoniesteen tulleen ihan puskista. (No eivät tietty kuulleet)

I did like their current/previous approach where they've allowed election advertising but limited the targeting options to just GEO, demographics and contextual. I've thought that it's much more responsible way than how Meta does it and better than banning it outright like many others do.
I will have to re-read this but in case someone has read it with clearer mind, what's the scope of this? It will affect their owned properties but will they also start enforcing it on programmatic buyside outside their properties in Google Ads & DV360 and sell-side AdX? blog.google/around-the-g...
