lmao i've been a day one Ceroba hater after finishing the game. Yellow in general kind of suffers from balancing between making characters feel flawed but sympathetic, compared to undertale. It's honestly kind of incredible Asgore is as likable as he is.

someone pointed that out on twitter and CSM fans jumped them. but they were right lmao, Reze arc is near perfection, idk what is going on with Part 2.

CSM fans were so insistent that people were reading part 2 "incorrectly" and that they need to binge it instead of reading it weekly. Well I did binge it and the experience was still miserable and frustrating. Part 2 isn't good but i stopped being sad about it 2 years ago.

JJK modulo's disappointing ending was pretty upsetting because i felt like it had an incredible run but stumbled near the end. But Part 2 of Chainsaw Man is like waiting for your beloved but elderly dog to finally pass away.

So i'm not really disappointed. I'm kind of glad it's finally ending.

lowkey funny how the silksong fandom also developed the toxic "you're playing the game wrong if you use this thing that is more accessible for you" mentality.

i have some people in my patreon discord server that are 40k fans and it makes me sad that such nice people have to share a space with... all that.

i remember like a few years ago people tried to pull the same stunt with cartoonists. where wholesome cartoonists are always sexual predators and edgy cartoonists are always good people. as if John K isn't the poster boy for problematic cartoon creators.

that's not true. people only think that's the case because the contrast between wholesome content and terrible fandoms is more interesting to them.

as tired as i am of this trope, i honestly adore ultrakill's take on it and really love its design and worldbuilding. my one and only grievance is that i dont really like that the angels swear

Honestly there's a lot you can do with it, but I think the biggest problem is the dehumanization of angels where they're so blinded by their devotion that they become cruel and callous. many depictions of angels are depicted as kind, careful and thoughtful.

thats kind of the thing im talking about though. i'm tired of "heaven is bad/both are bad" stories.
