A satellite view of the Colesdown Hill area in Plymstock, Plymouth
OK, that story is pure BS, so of course the BBC jumped on it.
See the area where these people live highlighted on the map snapshot below - it isn't a great may people impacted. They quite rightly moan about congestion from traffic from Sherford, but also object to this, which'd help alleviate it!
Green MP Hannah Spencer with a ton of post, smiling in front of a brick wall
New Green MP Hannah Spencer just picked up her post in Parliament - there's a lot of fan mail (judging by the postcards). She has her maiden speech on Thursday.
Long-time buddies Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols were out for a pleasant van drive in Oklahoma when, all of a sudden, their lives would change.
Cis people have exclusive control over trans healthcare.
Nothing about us without us.
And so begins the Trump inspired grifting.

I see news outlets are frightening people with photos of the petrol prices on the M3.
Service stations that only a lunatic would use as they are often 20p dearer than anywhere else.
News outlets are pricks.
Just been looking at the βevidenceβ used for the Streeting Reviews to ban hormones. It is unbelievably thin.
Non-existent for non-binary kids, almost non-existent for trans girls, and only gets into double figures for trans guys.
These are not βreviewsβ they are fictions.
Like the Cass Review.
"Actually this tax rise is a type of tax cut" is Rachel Reeves taking notes on this
What's that you say? The NHS lies to your face and makes shit up?
[Shocked face]
"When the Telegraph did serious journalism" makes it seem a lot longer ago.
Remember guys, you canβt afford a gas rig, or a coal mine, or a nuclear power station, but you can afford to put some cheap solar panels on your roof.
Thatβs why the fossil fuel industry has spent billions trying to kill renewable energy.
The dealer needs to keep you addicted.
I've noted something during my walk around my city today. I normally ride my bicycle but seldom drive. I noticed way more stuff whilst moving at human speed. We miss so much when we drive!
Fuel has jumped 10p a litre here and is currently Β£1.36. Its still to cheap as people are driving everywhere, idling and wasting fuel.
Adding 2p as increased fuel duty won't make a blind bit of difference to them.

Blaming Iran for America bombing a school. Utterly disgusting
A tweet by Darren Johnson: I will never stop believing in the reality of biological sex and the need to protect single sex spaces but big chunks of the Gender Critical movement have become a complete binfire radicalised by ugly rightwing populism. New MP Hannah Spencer should not be hounded like this. Which quotes one by Politics UK: π¨ WATCH: Green MP Hannah Spencer is forced into a police car after anti-trans protesters fight in front of her in Manchester
Nah fuck off you don't get to do this when your fash mates play out their violent authoritarianism a bit too obviously.
EXC: Nigel Farage defends Reform-run Kent County Council increasing council tax by 3.99% despite election leaflets last year pledging to βreduce waste and cut your taxesβ.
Mr Farage told ITV News Meridian: βCutting taxes can be not putting them up as much, I suppose.β
I'm old enough to remember 2007/8, when all they were doing was abandoning cars at the airport.
I'm so glad that they've fully established themselves within the culture.
Remind me: what happens if you fail any debt repayments?

Two points:
1. Theyβre not βexpatsβ theyβre βmigrants.β
2. Them abandoning their pets will hopefully give each and every one of these people just a little bit of insight into the incredibly hard decisions refugees have to make when theyβre fleeing war zones.

9 MAR 2026 telegraph BREAKING NEWS Drive less to save fuel as oil prices surge, motorists told
Telegraph in even-a-broken-clock-right-twice-day moment:
An illegal war by USA & Israel, propped up by missions from UK air bases.
Supported by Nigel Farage.
Over 1000 civilians dead & now the threat of global economic fallout. Trump's disaster makes us all less safe, less secure - and we will remember those who backed it.
Letβs hear them speaking up then.
Or are they too scared to argue in support of their sociopathic party policy?
They should try listening to trans people. These MPs disgust me and are exactly why Labour will be replaced at the next election.
They should read this insteadβ¦
"Badenoch has ranked MPs based on how well they are performing on X..."
Green MP Hannah Spencer pursued and attacked by anti-tran activists, but βviolent man attacks woman for supporting trans peopleβ goes against the βtransphobes are the champions and protectors of womenβ narrative the media like to push so I guess it wonβt get much play.
Violent men bedecked in 'protect women's spaces' using transphobia as justification to harass a women. None of this is surprising. The far right will instrumentalise any issue. The bullying and harassment are their core beliefs. Solidarity with Hannah Spencer, that must have been terrifying.
I'm anti-police everywhere except for Picadilly Gardens. Deploy the entire Greater Manchester police force there to arrest anyone who could be streaming.
