2/ In January, we voted to form a union with UNITE HERE Local 74.
3/ But our election still hasn't been certified. We filed challenges with the NLRB over the company's conduct β packing our store with transfers, cutting hours, intimidating workers. Multiple ULP charges are pending.
1/ We organized because we had to. Sewage backed up into our kitchen four times. Our A/C broke when temps hit 100Β°+. A coworker was passed over for a promotion in favor of someone she trained. We asked for better. When nothing changed, we organized.
