Promises made. Promises broken. No $2,000 checks. No $2 trillion in savings. No income tax relief. Gas and electric bills? Still crushing you. And new wars? Very much a thing. Turns out China isn’t paying the tariffs — YOU are. Trump and Republicans lied. Full stop.
Democrats offered to fully fund DHS—TSA, FEMA, disaster response—everything except ICE. Republicans rejected every deal and chose to block funding instead.
I asked President Trump about the FBI reportedly seizing election records in Arizona. He said they must have done that because it was a “rigged” election. I pointed out to him that his own AG said there was not measurable voter fraud to overturn that election. Then he called me a rotten reporter.
BREAKING: Senate Republicans just blocked my bill to fund TSA and FEMA... AGAIN.
This isn't complicated: if Republicans won't agree to rein in ICE & CBP, they should AT MINIMUM work with us to fund TSA.
But they won't.
Republican Congressman Thomas Massie on Newsmax: "We're not getting the answers we need from Pam Bondi. I just spent 3 hours at the DOJ this week looking at the unredacted files. And I'm finding evidence of files they haven't released yet." (Note that the Newsmax anchor agrees with him!)
They’re cutting $1 TRILLION from Medicaid, food stamps, WIC, Meals on Wheels, the VA, and education — to fix “benefit abuse.”
The only abuse we see? $93 billion in ribeyes, crab legs, lobster, & a grand piano. $1 Billion per day for Iran war…
