emotionally abusive ex spent like a year trying to convince me that if i would just cut out dairy I'd stop being fat. (also tried pretty hard to talk me out of going on hrt. probably just a coincidence that she really wanted to control what i put in my body / how i looked, right?) (/sarcasm)
