Yeah, there are a few bosses who punish a tight deck, but they're earlier in the game. I feel like it is not good game design since, at least with the Time Lord, you find out at the start of Act 3, so you have a buffer to prepare, whereas there is less flexibility in Act 1.

So far, no Time Lord to stop this near infinite behavior.
