Anyway, happy new year, these are small problems in the scheme of things. I wish better for everyone in the new year and also just in general.
I think this is why I’ve been pretty quiet lately. Normally I’m pretty chatty, and I do feel when I’m at my best there’s a certain amount of, I don’t know, enthusiastic goblin energy, and I’d like to get back to that both online and off. I think it’ll take work but it seems possible.
I've felt a bit disconnected lately and would like to change that. I’ve had a couple of offline obligations that dominated my time & energy this year (and recent years TBH) and I’ve kinda lost touch with a lot of things and people I care about. I hope to wrap one of them up soonish though.
I’m not much for New Year’s resolutions these days, I can’t even keep up with the commitments I already have. But “week-after-solstice reflections,” I could do that.
