This sounds like somebody who grew up rich trying to imagine what poor people sound like.

We know how cash money works FAR BETTER than you do. You might know systems like stocks & IRAs & bonds & trust funds, but we do know cash money. We know SNAP doesn’t buy EVERYTHING at the grocery store.

BY THE WAY, acknowledging that writer pay is generally low and always has been does NOT mean that one should abandon the idea that a) one's work has value and b) that this value should be reflected in what is offered for it by others, says the former president of a writers' association.

Grammarly will keep using authors’ identities without permission unless they opt out expertoptout@superhuman.com.

Someone with Grammarly will have to tell me whether or not I'm being faked in this cursed app and also whether the advise it gives is any other than "use the word 'fuck' more often"

Charlie looks totally bored. The ball looks largely spherical.

Hello, Bluesky. Here is a very important picture of Charlie, and her ball. Thank you for your attention on this critical matter.

I think every era has its challenges. I imagine it was easier for some and rather more difficult for others, and vice versa.

NB: The first episode's script was written by Philip Gelatt, based on my original short story. The second one I wrote both the story and the script.

Mostly because I get bored reading description. If it's relevant to the plot, it's fine, otherwise get on with it. Note this is strictly a personal thing. Some people love description and I'm glad there are writers out there who will give them that. It's just not my thing.

Yes it's a baritone so what's usually an E string is now a B string

Played around with my Baritone Guitarlin today, and some first impressions:

1. Sounds pretty great
2. Surprisingly good intonation all the way down the neck
3. Likewise the mandolin frets produce decent notes
4. This thing is HEAVY AS FUCK
5. My stumpy little arms might not be long enough for it

Yup. I have no problem noting I adjust photos because a) what a camera sees and what the human eye sees are different things, b) when people meet Krissy in real life the comment I get is "I thought you just Photoshopped her but she actually looks like that," which means I used Photoshop correctly.
