(i know this is not news to asian families but i have two picky eaters to feed, i want way more vegetables than they do, and the unfortunate combo of needing strict routine due to a TON of decision fatigue on my end + my need for constant novelty made me feel like a genius when i thought of it)

the problem here is that my partner and kid are pickier eaters than i am, and neither are a fan of most leftovers. it’s been driving me insane but i’m finding ways around it hahaha

best part is i can save the broth to use again this week so that is at least TWO MEALS i straight-up don’t have to think about on a weekly basis now (family will probably get restless if i try to pull three lmao). prep is like. 10 min. cleanup is another 5-10. kid eats it. it’s pretty healthy.

decision fatigue has been the absolute death of me for many months now, so i keep looking for systems to reduce the mental load. mostly i’ve just been wearing the same clothes every day, so this seems like a massive step up

i’ve been struggling a lot with cooking meals for QUITE a while now, so this weekend i went out and got a little induction pot and burner from ikea and a handful of hot pot ingredients from the asian market to just have on hand at all times, so i can just throw this together a couple times a week.
