As a saftey mechanism I duck for them all. The new shoes haves undone my calibration for how much to duck.
I've been saying this for a while but if you fix people's physical health, housing security, financial problems & community infrastructure, the unbearable aspect of living with mental health problems becomes greatly reduced. Obviously things like depression etc still exist either way, but y'know...
