Yesterday's soft launch was a big result imo! It was great to have the easels available and such a good choice of positioning to get a view to suit each artist.

16. Please note that Card Transaction Surcharge fees are charged by a third party and are not refundable except at the Promoter's discretion. The Promoter will refund fees that are in escrow in the Card Transaction Surcharge fee service provider's account and have not yet been deducted from the ticket price. Fees are generally taken after the Event you have paid for so generally the full cost of the ticket will be refundable. In the event of a refund or recharge being applicable, you agree be liable for all costs imposed by the Card Transaction Surcharge fee service provider and your bank and credit agent, up to the entire cost of the ticket as well as any recharge fee or other fee imposed by your bank or credit agency. If this is the case, documentation will be provided by the Promoter upon request. 17. Any refund we offer will usually be refunded to the account you used to buy the tickets. Please allow 10-28 days for the refund to be processed to your payment account. 18. For more information about refunds, please email: specialartservices at gmail.com or by mail (see end of conditions). 19. No refunds, compensation or liability will be offered or accepted under any circumstances if you fail to comply with the all terms and conditions applicable to those tickets, the Venue or the event, including following refusal of admission or ejection from the Venue premises (see paragraph below). Attending an event 20. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage of any kind suffered at or in connection with any event (including loss, damage or theft any personal property at an event). Your statutory rights still apply. 21. Admission to an event is at all times subject to any terms, conditions or rules of the Promoter and the Venue. If you breach those terms, conditions or rules then the Promoter or venue operator may refuse admission or require you or other ticket holders to leave the Venue's premises.

If the Promoter cancels an event or makes significant changes to the venue, date, or start time we will try to inform you by your preferred contact method as soon as possible. 15. If an event is rescheduled, changed, moved, or cancelled, the Promoter may automatically provide a full refund of the price you paid for the ticket less the card transaction surcharge fee. You will be notified by email along with a schedule of future events in case you wish to book another event. Alternatively you may be offered a choice of a refund up to and including the ticket price less booking fees, or attendance at a rescheduled event. Please note that an event may be delayed or changed without notice due to circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter or Venue. If an event is not delayed but is changed without notice a choice of refund up to and including the ticket price less booking fees, or an alternative event will be offered by the Promoter. If an event is delayed by up to 2 hours a partial refund or credit may be offered at the discretion of the Promoter. If an event is delayed by more than 2 hours a full refund up to and including the ticket price less booking fees, will be offered by the Promoter, even if the event goes ahead for the full scheduled duration, if the Artist no longer wishes to attend the event. In the event of cancellation or alteration of an event, no compensation will be given or sought by any Party for travel, accommodation or similar costs incurred, unless agreed before purchase in writing.
Purchase 9. Tickets you purchase are for personal use. Except as we may agree, you and your party must not re-sell or transfer (or seek to re-sell or transfer) the tickets in breach of the applicable terms. A breach of this condition may lead to cancellation of tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability. To prevent fraud and protect us and you, we may carry out checks and/or you may be asked to provide additional information (such as a copy of a credit or debit card statement) after your booking so we can verify your purchase. If we suspect fraud we may cancel any order or tickets. Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded once purchased other than for the reasons set out in these terms and conditions. This is subject to any rights you may have under English law. 10. Please ensure you bring proof of your purchase. You will not be admitted to the Venue without a printed ticket, electronic receipt or acceptable ID. Acceptable ID includes a Government-issued photo ID stating your name (and age if you appear under 25) or the credit or debit card used to purchase the ticket. 11. Advance tickets may only be purchased using credit or debit cards issued in the UK. Advance tickets purchased by other means may be refunded. 12. Failure of the website where you have purchased tickets to issue tickets acceptable to the Promoter shall not indicate any liability to the Promoter to allow admission or provide any refund. Nor we accept any liability for any actions or other error on the part of the website, their agents or any other service providers, although we will take all care and effort to prevent and resolve such errors. 13. No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace tickets that have been lost or stolen after they have been delivered to you, and nor will such tickets be refunded. You accept all liability for any damages caused by you and you agree to not make any claim for damages to you resulting from your carriage or use of art materials, supplies and equipment while you are at the Venue and travelling to and from the Venue for the event. You agree to be reasonably liable and make no claims against the Promoter or Venue or other Artists resulting from any damage you cause, no matter whether the art materials and equipment are brought by you, bought from the Promoter or Venue or loaned to you by the Promoter or Venue. If you have any health issues that may be impacted by an art event, please contact the Promoter for advice. 7. You agree not to take any photos, video or any other mechanical or electronic recording without the advance, clear, witnessed and ongoing permission of the model, promoter and venue. You are responsible for ensuring you do not allow or cause any unauthorised recording while at the event. You accept all liability, without limitation, for any civil damages or criminal charges resulting from deliberate or accidental photography or other recording or at any time. 8. Please arrive at the venue at or before the stated start time. Late attendees may be refused admission and no refund will be offered. Please check transport schedules carefully, especially on weekends, to ensure arrival. This is to minimise disruption to the other Artists and the model, and is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no liability and will offer no compensation under these circumstances. Refunds requested by Artists up to 24 hours before the scheduled event may be offered at the Promoter's discretion (please see sections 14-19)
Artists should bring or expect to purchase paper, drawing or painting materials sufficient for at least 3 drawings, cleaning materials and equipment and fixatives for their own materials and drawings as appropriate. 5. Life drawing is not for everyone. Models may be any gender or sex, any age over 18, and will generally be naked for most of the event. Art can be difficult. Please note that all ticket sales are final and refunds will not be given if you don't enjoy the event. If in doubt, please do not book a ticket. If a scheduled model cannot be present at an event due to circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, an alternative art event may be offered (please see section 15), although under those circumstances a refund will also be offered. 6. The Promoter recognises their duty of care to mininise risk to you and will endeavour to ensure that risk is avoided where possible, but accepts no liability for any damages beyond their control. Likewise you accept and recognise your duty of care to minimise harm to yourself, other attendees, the Promoter and Venue while attending the event. Please ensure that you do not bring or use any hazardous, toxic, inflammable or restricted art materials or other substances. You accept sole liability for any damages resulting from the use, storage or carriage by you of such materials. If you disregard this condition you may be refused entrance to, or ejected from the Venue. As a condition of entry to the venue, you declare that you are comptetent to judge the suitability and safety of art materials and equipment. You declare that you understand that art practices and attendance at the event involve small but actual, inherent risks of accident and ill-health and purchase your own insurance against any art event risks.

Late arrivals may be refused entry • No photography or recording without permission from the model For the purposes of these conditions of sale, Art Spectrum Ltd is "the Promoter, "we" or "us"; the ticket purchaser is "the Artist" or "you". "The Venue" is the location of the event. "The event" is the specific event for which the Artist has purchased a ticket. Please contact the Promoter for details of the Venue, who will supply any conditions specific to the use of their premises on the day of the event. These conditions apply equally, where applicable, to tickets purchased at the door of the Venue on the day of the event. Special conditions 2. If you have access needs, you may inform the Promoter before or after ticket purchase. The property has a ramp and level access and we will do our best to accommodate those with accessibility requirements. 3. Except where specified the events hosted by the Promoter are not allocated by position, facility, equipment or location. Please arrive early. Models provided, seating position, equipment available, lighting and other factors whether or not affecting your ability to draw or preference for conditions, are at sole discretion of the Promoter. When equipment, materials or positions are limited or preferential they will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. 4. Suitable minimal equipment consisting of drawing boards and clips of various sizes, easels and tabels will be made available for all attendees but consumable materials are not provided as part of the ticket price except where stated here.
