Robert F. Kennedy Jr.:
We're Restoring Public Trust in the CDC
The agency's Covid failures stem from politicized science, bureaucratic inertia and mission creep.

CENTERS
FOR
DISEASE
CONTROL AND PREVENTIOI
We have already taken steps to eliminate conflicts of interest and bureaucratic
complacency. We have shaken up the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. We have replaced leaders who resisted reform. The American people elected President Trump-not entrenched bureaucrats-to set health policy. That is the MAHA commitment-make America
healthy again-in action. Most CDC rank-and-file staff are honest public servants.
Under this renewed mission, they can do their jobs as scientists without bowing to politics. The agency will again become the world authority on infectious-disease policy.
WSJ edit page turns over some of its valuable real estate so RFK Jr can spout his utter nonsense, unchallenged

RFK Jr. “restoring trust” in the CDC is pure gaslighting. A man who’s spent years undermining science can’t rebuild confidence in it. That’s not reform—it’s sabotage dressed up as leadership.

Every word he ever wrote was a lie, including "and" and "the." Some heavy bullshit from Robert F. Kennedy Jr.: We’re Restoring Public Trust in the CDC. I'm not linking to the @wsj.com op-ed, but he simply lies for 750 words straight.

This photograph captures a striking view of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island from across the waters of New York Harbor, taken from Manhattan, with a strong emphasis on the interplay of sunlight and water.
The immediate foreground is dominated by the dark, rippling surface of the water, which appears to be in motion, creating distinct waves and troughs. A dazzling, wide band of sun glitter stretches from the bottom center of the frame towards the horizon, where the sun's reflection creates a brilliant, shimmering path of light on the water's surface. The sparkling effect is a result of sunlight reflecting off the numerous small waves and ripples.
In the midground, silhouetted against the bright horizon, stands the iconic Statue of Liberty. Despite being viewed from a distance, her distinctive form, including the torch held high, is clearly recognisable. Her dark silhouette is contrasted beautifully by the bright sunlight behind her, emphasising her stature as a prominent landmark in the harbor.
The background features a hazy horizon line, suggesting atmospheric depth, and a soft, pale blue sky with scattered, wispy clouds. The sun, a bright, intense orb, is positioned high in the upper-center, radiating powerful rays and casting a significant lens flare across the top of the image. This strong backlighting contributes to the silhouetted appearance of the statue and the dramatic sun glitter on the water.
The overall impression is one of a serene yet powerful moment, capturing the majesty of the Statue of Liberty amidst the natural elements of sunlight and water, evoking a sense of welcome and iconic American symbolism.

View into New York Bay from the Brooklyn Bridge Park. Up close are very famous pilings close to shore on the right you can see the Staten Island ferry terminal. middle left in the distance stands the Statue of Liberty. The sky is very cloudy with an opening to the left of the Statue of Liberty that allows a yellow/gold shaft of light. To paint the sky to the horizon.

Jackie Mitchell
Jackie Mitchell, Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig
A few days after Mitchell struck out Ruth and Gehrig, baseball commissioner Kenesaw Mountain Landis voided her contract and declared that women were unfit to play baseball as the game was "too strenuous."[5][12] However, Mitchell continued to play professionally, barnstorming with the House of David, a men's team famous for their very long hair and long beards. 13) While traveling with the House of David team, she would sometimes wear a fake beard for publicity. [14]
Mitchell retired in 1937 at the age of 23 after
becoming furious since her story about playing baseball was being used as something of a side show - once being asked to pitch while riding a donkey. [12] She refused to come out of retirement when the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League formed in 1943.[14 Major League Baseball would formally ban the signing of women to contracts on June 21, 1952, [12] The ban lasted until 1992 when Carey Schueler was drafted by the Chicago White Sox for the 1993 season. [15][16
On April 2, 1931, the minor league Chattanooga Lookouts played an exhibition game against the New York Yankees. Seventeen-year-old Mitchell pitched, facing Babe Ruth as the first batter.
Mitchell, a left-handed pitcher taught by Hall-of-Famer Dazzy Vance, used her signature drop ball to strike out Ruth on four pitches.
Ruth reportedly threw down his bat and verbally abused the umpire after the called third strike.
Mitchell then struck out Lou Gehrig on three pitches before being removed from the game.
Ruth's sexist comments
Following the strikeout, Ruth publicly dismissed Mitchell's skill, claiming the game was a fluke. Ruth was quoted in Chattanooga newspapers: "I don't know what's going to happen if they begin to let women in baseball. Of course, they will never make good. Why? Because they are too delicate. It would kill them to play ball every day".
17 year old Jackie Mitchell struck out Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig in 1931.
Ruth's fee fees were hurt and threw a tantrum on how women were too delicate to play baseball. Due to his toddler like antics, women were banned from being signed in the MLB 1992.

rather than giving you a straight boost of power, levels in guild wars 2 give you access to new features (mounts, more skill slots, crafting...).
the best way to gain XP is to do various one-off tasks spread across the map, which you can do freely in any order.
