46. Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 4: Battle of Great Duelist - Kaiba Deck (RA 100%)
2/3 of these sets done. The RNG for drops was kinder here than in Yugi for me but trying to kill a vanilla Blue-Eyes with Crush Card was HELL. The guy with BEWD also has like six other three tribute monsters so uh. Eugh.

For real though, a Death Note reskin of mafia/werewolf on the Nintendo DS that retells the first half of the main story would've been something I ADORED in middle school. A shame this one never got localized officially.

Any time the boring human drama is happening I am always asking "WHERE ARE THE KAIJU???" because when the kaiju are on-screen the movie takes so much pride in making them sick as fuck.

A quirky game from that weird era where the TCG hadn't quite taken over as THE dominant game of YGO yet. I'm glad this has an english patch but MAN battles here are SO SLOW. And the map design + random encounter rates are kind of evil.
Cute but rough.

Yeah if I had seen this as a kid I would've REALLY gotten into Star Wars.
While it's fantastic overall, I do have a few complaints. Like WHAT THE FUCK DID THEY DO TO QUI-GON???? THEY FUCKED UP HIS SHIT REAL BAD.
